On November 16, 2011, four musicians, Ben Meigners (bass), Jeremy Clemons (drums) and Benu Muhammad to Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Israel, Egypt and the New Republic of South Sudan. Their mission, as part of the Jazz at Lincoln Center and US State Department sponsored Rhythm Road Tour was to spread uplifting messages of love, community and empowerment through hip/hop soul concerts and workshops. The band is LEGACY.
